Shipping & Returns


  • Our shop offers free worldwide shipping.
  • Delivery time to the United States can take from 10 to 20 working days. Other countries may vary. Please read the delivery time of each product from their respective item description text.
  • The orders are sent from China, where our suppliers are located. Orders can take up to 5 business days to process before shipping.
  • Each item will be delivered in separate packages. This is due to our free worldwide shipping system. Their respective delivery time vary, not all of them will arrive at once.
  • Delivery method is parcel exclusive. We do not offer expedited shipping because of high import taxes they charge to our customers.
  • Most of the items have tracking numbers, except for purchases that are under 10 U$S.
  • Delivery time in holiday season can take up to 45 working days due to high postal traffic. So be sure to order weeks in advance if you want to gift someone.


  • We allow returns within 30 days of arrival of the goods if they are damaged. Be sure to read the measurements in the products that apply.
  • We offer store credits as refunds, up to a total order value of the equivalent of maximum 50 US dollars in foreign currencies, if applicable.
  • We do not accept returns of lingerie items.
  • If there are no measurements in the item’s description, please send us an email with the product’s name, and we will correct this.
  • If there are defects in the product, please send us some pictures showing the issue.
  • If the quality of the product is poor, send us an email, and we will try to fix this inconvenience.

Custom fees

  • We are not responsible for custom taxes fees once the items have shipped.
